There are many different download speeds depending on technology and
even country. For example, "broadband" download speeds can range

Below are average estimates that will give you a general idea

How do I get my MP3 into my iTunes or onto my iPod?
NOTE: When "adding" files to your
iTunes library, the iTunes preferences are set by default to leave the
file you are "adding" wherever it is located on your computer.
That is, by default, iTunes does NOT make a new COPY of the file inside
your iTunes Music folder. Instead, iTunes simply creates a "pointer"
to where that file is saved on your computer's hard drive.
As a result, if you delete the file in question, then iTunes would no
longer be able to find it (and you would no longer have that file).
For example, if you:
- download your Money Affirmations MP3
to your desktop
- then "add" that file to your
iTunes library
- then delete your Money Affirmations MP3
from your desktop, iTunes won't be able to find the file (and you won't
have a copy of your MP3 anymore)
As a result, the goal is to (1) make sure iTunes can continue to find
the file once added to your library, and (2) make sure you don't delete
your Money Affirmations MP3. To accomplish that goal, choose from OPTION
1 or OPTION 2 below:
OPTION 1
Save your Money Affirmations MP3 file somewhere on your computer where
you know you will LEAVE it and NOT delete it, and then follow the directions
below to "add" the MP3 file to your iTunes library.

OPTION 2
Temporarily (or permanently) change your iTunes preferences to make
a copy of the file(s) you add to your iTunes library by following
these steps:
- Open iTunes
- On a PC, go to "Edit > Preferences". On a
Mac, go to "iTunes > Preferences"
- Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the popup window
- If the "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to
library" option is NOT already selected, click the checkbox
to turn this option on
- Follow the directions below to "add" the MP3 file to your
iTunes library.
NOTE: by choosing OPTION 2, a COPY of your Money Affirmations
MP3 file will be created in your iTunes Music folder. As a result,
once you've confirmed the MP3 is in your iTunes library, you
can delete the original MP3 file you downloaded.
Once you've selected either OPTION 1 or OPTION 2 above, you're ready
to...
Add Your MP3 File to Your iTunes Library
Depending on which version of iTunes you're using, the steps involved
may include:
- Open iTunes.
- Go to File > Add to Library
- Once the Finder window opens, locate your Money Affirmations MP3 file
on your computer's hard drive.
- Click the file to select it.
- Click the "Open" or "Choose" button to add it
to your iTunes library.
Another approach is to:
- Open iTunes.
- Open a Finder window and locate your Money Affirmations MP3 file on
your computer's hard drive.
- Click-and-drag the file to the open iTunes window.
- Once you release the file, it will be added to your iTunes library.
If neither of these approaches work, search "import" in your
iTunes help menu.
Once you have your Money Affirmations MP3 file added to your iTunes library,
simply connect your iPod to your computer. iTunes will either automatically
sync your iPod or you can manually select to sync your iPod.
Either way, once you've synced your iPod, your Money Affirmations MP3
file will be in your iPod.

How can I download iPod album artwork for my MP3?
- Click
here to open a new browser window which will display the Money Affirmations

- Save the jpeg artwork file to your desktop by right-clicking the image
and selecting "Save Picture As..." or 'Save Image As..."
or something to that effect (depending on which browser you're using).
- Open iTunes.
- Right-click your MoneyAffirmations track within iTunes and then select
"Get Info".
- Select the "Artwork" tab near the top.
- Click the "Add..." button.
- In the Finder window that pops up, navigate to your desktop, select
the MoneyAffirmations image you just downloaded and saved in steps 1
and 2, and then click "Open" or "Select".
- The Money Affirmations image will now appear in the Get Info window.
Click "OK" to finalize selecting your new album artwork.
Can I listen to my MP3 if I don't have iTunes or an iPod?
Yes, you do NOT need iTunes or an iPod to listen to your Money Affirmations
MP3. Other ways that MP3s can be listened to include:
- On Windows-based computers using media software such as Windows Media
Player, which is a built-in part of the Windows operating system.
- On Windows-based computers using other media software, such as QuickTime.
- On a portable MP3 player (NOTE: there are many other types of portable
MP3 players besides iPods).
- On an MP3-compatible cell phone.
- If you burn your MP3 file onto a CD, you can listen to that CD in
a computer's CD drive and on many home and car stereos (NOTE: not all
home and car stereo CD drives will play MP3 files burned onto a CD,
but many do).
